CPB Symposium: Data science applications in economics (online)
On Thursday April 22, 2021, the CPB hosts an online mini-symposium on “Data science applications in economics”.
Data science techniques enable researchers to make better predictions, more robust estimations, and to unlock new types of data. The aim of the symposium is to share recent advances and ideas on the intersection of data science and economics. To that end, we are glad to have the following speakers: Herman van Dijk (Erasmus University Rotterdam), Tom Boot (University of Groningen) and Daan Kolkman (JADS).
This will be a digital event. Please note: further details will follow as soon as possible. For questions please contact Andrei Dubovik (A.A.Dubovik@cpb.nl). To attend this seminar, please send an e-mail to Simone Pailer (S.Pailer@cpb.nl). Then you will receive a Webex-invitation via Outlook.
