Developments in global international trade and industrial production January 2022
- World trade volume increased 0.0% month-on-month (growth was 1.2% in December, initial estimate 1.1%).
- World trade momentum was 3.3% (non-annualised; 2.7% in December, initial estimate 2.5%).
- World industrial production increased 1.8% month-on-month (having increased 1.4% in December, initial estimate 1.2%).
- World industrial production momentum was 3.3% (non-annualised; 1.4% in December, unchanged from initial estimate).
The next release of the CPB World Trade Monitor is scheduled for Monday 25 April 2022, 12:00 hours.
